Toggle springs
- A spring-loaded wing type anchor
- Designed for light weight hanging onto drywall, ceiling board and other hollow surfaces.
- A hole 1-2mm larger than the diagonal measurement of the toggle is required in the surface.
- The spring-loaded wings need to be folded flat to enable insertion into the hole.
- The yellow passivation coating makes it resistant against corrosion.
Types available:
Toggle spring & bolt
- The bolt enables a more concealed finish.
- Perfect to fix white boards onto drywall as the bolt fits perfectly inside the board’s corners.
Toggle spring & hook
- The hook enables the temporary hanging of light weight objects such as hanging planters.
Installation:
Remove the bolt from the toggle assembly
Place the bolt, with the washer on the outside, through the object you wish to mount. Thread the bolt back into the toggle assembly.
Drill the correct size hole through the board where you wish to mount the object.
Close the wings of the toggle and place it through the hole you have drilled.
Once through the hole, the wings will spring open to prevent the toggle from returning through the hole.
Tighten the bolt to secure the object you are mounting against the surface.
